How to

I used leftover whole milk Greek yogurt, 1 banana, and 1-2 cups of spinach. So simple!

Feel free to add extra bananas if you have them too! If your texture is ever too thick, add extra yogurt or a splash of whole milk!

The only other things you need are a blender and a Pop Fidget Toy or Baking Sheet Lined with Parchment Paper. I used this HUGE pop fidget toy so that I didn’t have to make several batches. I bought it off Temu and it is about $10 on there. I find that Temu can be a little annoying to use and has slow shipping so either one works great.

  1. Place your yogurt in the blender. Then add your spinach and banana.
  2. Blend until smooth and spinach is blended. You may have to push some leaves down on the sides.
  3. While it is still very smooth, pour it into the holes in the pop toy. You can do this with your blender or if you want more control, feel free to put the yogurt in a gallon ziplock, cut off the end, and pipe it in. If you choose to wing it using the blender, you’ll want to smooth out the yogurt using a small spatula.
  4. Place in the freezer on a flat surface. Wait until frozen. I find this usually is only a couple of hours.
  5. Once frozen, take out and quickly pop all the yogurt bites out of the mold and place in a ziplock. Put back in the freezer and you’re done!

Freezer Yogurt Bites

baby led weaning & teething friendly

This snack takes less than 10 minutes of hands on time. It is so easy and cost effective! The bags of yogurt bites are expensive and have added sugars most of the time.

This recipe is fast, simple and healthy! My son is obsessed with these!

A batch makes about 300 yogurt bites! I usually give my son around 20 at a time so these last a long time, but typically don’t stick around long enough to get freezer burned!

Easy Homemade Snack with No Added Sugars!
