In this blog post, we’ll guide you through a simple and fun recipe for the family that not only repurposes those leftover pie crusts but also brings everyone together in the kitchen for a post-Thanksgiving baking session.
This treat is perfect for a Christmas Holiday dessert board! Especially, when it is paired with my Grinch dessert dip!

Ingredients
- 1 Pie Crust (room temperature)
- Sprinkle of Granulated Sugar
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Melted Salted Butter
How to
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Then, roll out the pie crust and cut out your desired cookie shapes!
- Once the pieces are cut, place cut out pieces on a greased cookie sheet about an inch apart from one another. These won’t spread out much or grow much.
- Finally, brush with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top.
- Put in the 350 degree oven for about 9 minutes & remove from sheet immediately when done.
So simple and great to use up the leftover pie crust from my pecan pie!
