1 Pop Fidget Toy or Baking Sheet Lined with Parchment Paper
Ingredients
1-2CupsSpinach
1Banana
1/2-1CupWhole Milk Greek Yogurt
Instructions
Place your yogurt in the blender. Then add your spinach and banana.
Blend until smooth and spinach is blended.
While it is still very smooth, pour it into the holes in the pop toy. You can do this with your blender or if you want more control, feel free to put the yogurt in a gallon ziplock, cut off the end, and pipe it in. If you choose to wing it using the blender, you'll want to smooth out the yogurt using a small spatula.
Place in the freezer on a flat surface. Wait until frozen. About 2 hours.
Once frozen, take out and quickly pop all the yogurt bites out of the mold and place in a ziplock. Put back in the freezer and you're done!
Notes
Last about a month in the freezer. This snack takes less than 10 minutes of hands on time. It is so easy and cost effective! The bags of yogurt bites are expensive and have added sugars most of the time. This recipe is fast, simple and healthy! My son is obsessed with these!A batch makes about 300 yogurt bites! I usually give my son around 20 at a time so these last a long time, but typically don't stick around long enough to get freezer burned!
