Instructions
Microwave veggie spirals according to the bag.
While veggies are cooking, cut up chicken into baby led weaning appropriate sized pieces.
Strain the extra water out of the noodles and combine sauce, noodles and chicken in medium sized pot.
Place in 4oz servings in containers and top with parmesan, if desired!
