1 Air Fryer Or Oven, if you don't have an air fryer
Cookie Cutters Medium to Large Size
Ingredients
1PackagePuff Pastry2 Sheets, Room Temperature
1/2CupShredded Cheese(Recommend Gruyere, but Sharp Cheddar & Swiss is also good)
1/2CupDiced Ham
1Well Beaten Egg
Instructions
Set the air fryer to 400. (I have an air fryer in my oven so I used that). If you use a cookie sheet, line it with parchment paper. If you don't have an air fryer, this can still be done in the oven, you'll just want to extend your time a little
Roll out your puff pastry and cut out your shapes! I opted to use a cookie cutter for the men and hand cut the tree. Feel free to hand cut both.
Next, fill with cheese and ham. Leave room on the edges
Place the non-filled crust on top to create a pocket. Then, crimp the edges with a fork.
Brush the egg wash over the top of the formed pockets and add ham for decoration, if desired.
Put in the air fryer and cook for about 6 minutes or until crust is cooked.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve with your favorite dipping sauces, if desired.
